Refund policy

Our Refund & Returns policy-

If your unhappy or simply just want to return your items to us contact us via email muddypotsuk@gmail.com

• All Returns will be a cost to you (the sender) once we have accepted you returns request.
• All Returns MUST be in the Original Packaging 
• All Returns MUST be in FULL and UNUSED (If your return items arrive back to us USED or MISSING PARTS you will be charged for this via your refund) 
• Items are returnable and refundable up to 14 days of payment, 
• Each Return has a RESTOCKING FEE OF 20% OF THE COST  

Once we receive your item, we'll check it out and notify you on the status of your refund after checking over the item. If your return is approved, we will refund to your original method of payment. You'll then receive your money back within 3-5 working day. 

You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return an item. Also shipping costs are non-refundable.

If any shipped items are returned to us after failure to deliver, you are liable for the Re-shipping costs to redeliver you goods again at a cost of £4.99 fee- this includes Missing delivery, Addressees being incomplete or not picked up from a parcel shop.
